I have a weird problem going on with one of our remote Family Practice. They currently have a DK40 and couple of extensions etc.. Well on Ext- 12 one of the ladies that answers the phone can answer her 2010sd and be talking and once another call comes in it comes in (rings) over her handset and can not hear the caller. Thing is, these calls are transfered to her via Auto Attend., after caller dials 0 or her option.
Got any Ideas what may have happend or how to fix???
Thanks, Jason

HutchComm, turn that SWITCH off by pressing redial and volume down at the same time. After all, it's just a switch.
