It’s been a while. But I need to assign a DID to a phantom and then assign it a key and make it ring on that key.( DK280 )
Any help?

What is the software level on the DK280. If it is NOT Rel. 3 or above, then you can't program phantom DN's.
Go to program 00-0 and write down the code....
