Hey, I just bought a PDKU2 card and need to install it onto our Toshiba Strata DK280. I can only find programming information on the DK40i and the DK424. Can someone please direct me to the correct programming needed to install this?

It is the same steps on 280 and 424. Use 424 Manual.

Toshiba DK programming is not a easy thing to do. You need tech level support, this level of help is not available on the open forum. Please contact a Toshiba Dealer in your area for assistance. If you cannot find a dealer, check the Installer link at the top of the page, or send an email or private message to a Toshiba Forum Moderator.
