Right now u call x210, x210 flashes a red light, but doesnt ring and the x210 pickup button rings on x211.
The way that it should be is u call x210, both x210 and the x210 pickup button on x211 ring.
A few people have mentioned *81, my question is how to use this command from the phone that I have plugged in port 005?

Would suggest PM a Mod. to get the programming proceedure that you are requesting. As Steve and I have stated , Program 71-73 are internal ringing and program 81-89 are external ringing that can be checked. We can not give passwords for programming over an open forum.

I would check program *71 and make sure that LED 11 is lit for port 10.

Thats exactly my problem Breed, I have 2 questions about *71,
Once I'm in the command, would the "port reference #" that should ring be the the ext 210 or the actual port which seems to be 010?
After that it asks for an EK Button, do I press this on the phone I'm physically programing on, or on x210.
Thanks for the help, I think I'm almost there!!

Like I said, light up LED 11 for port 10 in program *71. LED 11 is the bottom-right button on a 20-button phone. The "port reference #" is 010 not 210.

Ok, do I have to program from a 20 button phone?
I have 2 phones in our server room, a 20 button-titled "master" and a 10 button plugged into port 005-I was told it has to be plugged into port 005 to program.
ext 210 is currently using a 20 button phone.

Use a 20 button phone in port 005. Program *71 to immediate ring internal, light led 11 which as stated is the bottom right (dn) button on your 20 button phone. If the button is not already on,, press it and the LED will come on. IF its already on you need to go deeper with your problem.
