I have a SIX 670 with a MAS Strategy Voicemail server. I have a few IPTs on an External IP address at some sales reps home offices. The phones are able to place and receive calls no problem. However when calling voicemail (x100) there is just silence.

I have not worked with a MAS directly, but the problem may be that the MAS has an internal IP and can not directly talk to the IPTs outside the network. It may help if you Disable Per-to-Per on the IPT setting.
