I have a toshiba 672 that we installed a rptu1 in and want to use did numbers on it. the crcuit is installed and synched up. It is a 23 channel pri and is programmed up per tech instructions. Outgoing calls are no problem we can access all channels and dial out but we cannot get inbound dids to follow programs 15,71,72,*71 or *72 etc. we assigned the trunk grp in *64-1 and 2 can anyone help

In old 424 ther is comand *09 for DID to ext.assignment. I don't know Com. in 672 but has to be something very close. Another thing you have to make sure that you correctly set up number of incoming digits..

What about the number of DID digits recieved? Did you check that? There are more programs that apply to PRI and DID that you didn't list above. Is the tech that installed it a Toshiba dealer? If not, I would suggest having a Toshiba-certified tech have a look at it. Also make sure that you aren't recieving caller id name from telco.

Check your progrm 17 Led 5- turn it on if you are using Pgm 71 & 72 turn it off if your using *09. What is your software version on the DK424i (Pgm00) it should be 4.3 Follow the cheat sheets in section 7 of the programming manual and make sure that the PRI was ordered and configured correctly. There should be a cut sheet direct from the vendor detailing the config and the DID range. Set your intercept to got to the prg phone and call your DID #'s. You say they calls aren't coming in at the present time...what happens when you call the DID's????

Please always use the CSU and the correct cables.
Again, what happens when you try to call one of the DID's?
What type of switch is bringing the PRI to you?
Was the PRI ordered NI1, NI2, or Custom?
Please answer these questions and any other that apply previously posted.

*66-3 LED3-6 should be off & LED 1-2,11-12 on. Did you use the cheat sheet for ISDN PRI DID or ISDN PRI DNIS?
