Is there a way to listen or observe a call with a DK 280? Without doing an Executive over ride and muting yourself out. I have been told by the old supervisor of our CS department the manager used to log in with this mystiques code and she could listen to ANYONE that was on a call. I haven’t heard of this, has anyone else?

an ACD supervisor can monitor ACD calls only. To listen to other calls you would nee dto use the executive override feature.
