Hello all, I need to find a way for incoming fax calls on our public fax number to bypass the auto attendant. Our system is a CTX670 and the fax machine is wired in to a port on an SLT card. I have the latest version of eManager and esAdmin(for my iES32 card and am hopeful that I can use this to accomplish the task. I have been digging and digging in the program with no luck in finding a way that seems intuitive.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Assuming you are using DID's.....Point Fax DID to the Fax extension number. More detail in PM sent.
If DT is on Copper, do the same thing in Trunk Assignments (DIT tab)

Thanks, Voyager. It's not a DID, but a ported number from another LATA - long story, but I did use your info to set up a DID that works beautifully and now I will call the Telco to have them change the pointer on the ported number to point to the new DID.
Thank you very much for your help. IT'S ALIVE!!!!
I hope to return the favor someday.
