Thank you for your replies!!
Well, his light comes up red when the phone rings. I want it green. Now I'm slighty scared to try and program it with program 32. Or should I be using program 16 like Amy said up yonder? Or perhaps I just need to call tech. However, if it's just a matter of having the right program #, I'm stubborn about calling tech. LOL. Any thoughts on that??
I, or shall I say we appreciate all the help!!
Cleary confused!

I beleive a ringing phone will ring in red then go to green on the phone that answers it.
To get CO line preference when you pick up the handset you will need to make sure program 34 is set as 111 for the port you wnat and then you need to make sure in program 16 for group 01 you have all the lines enabled.
If you haven't done this before you may want to call a dealer to avoid messing something up!!!
