OK so...I'm trying to find the most cost-effective way to do this for a customer...any help is appreciated.
So...They'll have 2 sites that have Toshiba's in them...I'm trying to find out what kind now sorry I don't have that info yet...I do know that the phones that they have are 3010's. Anyway I'm trying to get them to go with a KX-TDA100 in the site that I do the work for now...Then they have over 30 other sites that they would want to be able to connect with also...Of course I would want to sell them Panasonics for the other ones too. Does anyone know the best way to do this?? They want to be able to dial the other sites without having to dial 10 digits plus going to their extensions.
Any ideas???

Is the Panasonic IP compatible? I would say keep all sites the same. Then integration won't be an issue.

Yes the Panasonic is IP compatible...I normally would want to keep the sites all the same too but they got talked in to a Toshiba not that long ago at one site...They just want to be able to stay with us and we don't really do Toshiba's much. Sometimes we do but we don't sell them so...

I have been playing around with a DK424 and a Telrad this afternoon. I have networked T1 to T1 with no issues. Have a trunk group key on both systems set DID routing and I am calling between systems. I am sure if you can get a point to point T1 and a T1 card for both locations you could network them as E&M TIS lines. I wouldnt try centralized voicemail but this may solve your problem.

If the KXT can support QSIG, you can do it that way. You will not be able to do IP trunking between the two. IP trunking is usually proprietary unless you are using SIP trunking. Toshiba does not suppport SIP trunking so you probably are better off doing a point to point
T-1 or QSIG.
This is all depending if you are using a CTX or CIX Toshiba. If it is older than that you are going to have to use Straight T-1
