Let's see if I can explain this one:
CTX 100, IVP8 Vmail.
Senario 1. Dial pilot # to Vmail (internally) Vmail answers, dial an ext #, you hear please wait while I try that ext, ext rings appropriate # of times, progresses to that ext's personal greeting. Great!
Senario 2. Dial in to Vmail (from outside), Vmail answers, dial desired ext #, again hear please wait while I try that ext, ext rings appropriate # of times, transfers to "I'm sorry that was an invalid option" Hmmmm ?
Senario 3. You can put the phone in DND (not in Vmail but actual ext)Then call in from outside same as in senario 2 and the call will progress correctly to the personal greeting of dialed ext.
Any thoughts on this culprit would be appreciated.
Thanks

Look at your call forwarding and your SMDI/In-Band parameters.
Are you transfer from VM by unsupervised or supervised?

Hi Bob:

It is unsupervised, we will be headed back out there here shortly and take a look at the SMDI/inband. The strange part is that everything was working fine about a week ago, go figure right?
Thanks
Greg

I would look at the possibility of it being a station call forward issue. Try #6053, #6051 and #620. It won't hurt anything if you aren't using station call forwarding.
