Just setup the inhouse CTX100 to route certain calls through our VoIP trunks and certain calls over our copper trunk. What I would now like to do is to allow local calls i.e. those you do not need to dial an STD code (here in the UK) in our case the STD code is 01269 and the local calls begin with 8XXXXX and 5XXXXX (XXXXX indicates wildcards) ive tried playing araound with the LCR wizard for adding digits but at the moment im getting ALL LINES BUSY when i dial numbers beginnig with 8 or 5.

Route Plan 1 -
07 - mobile (cell) calls
08 - free or premium calls

RP 2 -
01 + 02 - All STD codes in UK begin with 01 or 02

RP 3 -
8XXXXX - local calls of 8XXXXX will be routed via RP3 and have digits 01269 added
5XXXXX - local calls of 5XXXXX will be routed via RP3 and have digits 01269 added

Would somebody be able to push me in the right direction as to what i now need within the next pages of the LCR wizard using Emanager

LCR is working well at the moment i would just love to crack this adding digits portion

Any help greatly appreciated

You will also need prog 117 Set 5X to 6 and 8X to 6
This will keep your redial working correctly

Also remember to run prog 523 to map your routes.
Map Route 2 to route choice 2 and 3 to 3.

In prog 528 set all days to weekday.

As soon as you get use to Toshiba's routing, you will find you can do almost any thing with it.
