Hi,
We have a CTX 100 system with iES that was installed last November. I'm still learning my way around the administration tools, but have encountered a problem that perhaps only Toshiba can fix.
Some of our employees are not receiving the e-mail form of their voice messages because their ISP has flagged them as spam. Talking to the tech at the ISP there are a number of problems with these messages that result in a high score, but the most significant one is the date format.
These messages come with the date formatted as
Fri Jun 08 20:32:34 2007 GMT
while a valid (RFC 2822) format would be would be
Thu, 7 Jun 2007 12:55:38 -0700 (PDT)
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix for it, or does Toshiba plan to fix it? Since we've only seen the problem with this one ISP, is it something to be concerned about?
Thanks,
TJ

We experienced the same issue with ATT/Yahoo mail services. We logged into the webmail spam folder and marked all of the Stratagy messages as "Not Spam". The vmails were then delivered to the POP clients.

Mike, Once you did that did future messages come through? I ended up having one ISP specifically allow messages coming from the phone domain address for the mailboxes affected. Not the best solution.

It was a one time shot, then they all came through.
