For example, we have a Polycom that could dial out, receive calls and we have 4 digit dialing to the extensions where the lives. We have a remote office. We can dial 4 digit extensions between phones, but the polycom can not dial 4 digits to the remote office? I was looking to see if there was a guide or something to help trouble shoot this. I was thinking Dialing Plan because regular toshiba phones work, but the poly doesn't. Sorry, I am new and might have my terminology mixed up.

Just a guess, but you may have a Stratanet (QSig)connection between the 2 site, which probably uses Network DN table to dial 4 digits to the other site. The Polycom's extension might have to be entered into the remote locations Network DN table for direct dialing to work correctly.

Jeff, do you have IP Qsig for networking? If so, you have to change FB14 in program 200 to 'speech' for that Polycom station and all analog stations that will need use the Qsig link.

FB14 was set to Audio and when I changed it to SPEECH, the four digit dialing worked. Thanks to everybody for helping me out on this.
