Hi, I am the network admin for a property mgt company. We just took over a property and they have a Toshiba STRATA CTX100 w/ IPV8 voicemail. I would like to ask if anyone can send instructions to setup a night greeting on a timer (say 5pm every day). I am happy to console into the phone system if that is necesssary, but I do not know the admin password to the system. TIA, mw

If you are not familiar with the voicemail I would suggest you call a Toshiba vendor in your area to help with this , the voicemail has a built in modem in it , so they could do it remotely.
* If you have the manual for the voicemail this is called auto shift.

Perhaps the vendor who installed the system did not leave s/w on premesis b/c it ain't there. Looks like a Toshiba vendor will be needed. Thank you all. mw
