Here's one for you..
I have a 424 in Boston that has had a problem with transfred calls not going to individual mailboxes.
What I know makes this problem more unique:
1 - DID calls ring the correct station and forward to correct mailbox
2 - Calls coming in on standard pots lines are not having a problem.
3 - Calls coming to main number or on any DID on the T1 that get TRANSFERED by users or by Amanda auto attendant do not receive all dtmf integration digits and resort back to main greeting.
4 - I have replaced the controller
5 - I have called One communications and they claim line is functioning normally but did mention they had some problems when they first merged with Conversant.
6 - Calling an extension in the office follows proper call forwarding dtmf string as long as it is NOT transferring a call.

Yup, sounds like an Amanda problem. You might want to re-post this in the Voice Mail section..............

just for giggles set the Amanda to answer on the second ring if that's possible. Integration coming in too early maybe. It's worth a try.

it can not be amanda cuz the dk is not sending the digits required for integration. I have also monitored the dtmf and they are coming at the proper time into the amanda.

OK You have contradicted yourself here. You said the DK is not sending the digits, then you said DTMF digits are oming into the Amanda at the proper times.

As long as the DK is sending the proper digits, I still think the issue is with the Amanda.

Or am I missing something else. I am not an Amanda person.

Amanda and Stratagy almost the same animal. I would look at the software levels in both the system and voicemail. Make sure they are both upto date.

The dk is not sending ALL the digits required for integration on a transfered call. Although the dk IS sending some digits, it is not the 91nnn required for the "record a message" integration that the amanda/stratagy is looking for. This system was working fine for five years and since Conversant and One merged the T1 has been the issue of the problem.

You are using Inband and not SMDI? Is this a T1 or a PRI, what was it before?
Is there anything programmed in 71-4. These entries should for the most part be blank.
In Prog 31 buttons 19 and 20 should be on for all voice mail ports.

It is a T1 and no hardware had been changed out. It was a corporate take over for the most part. Prog 31 is set properly. The only time I am not getting proper inband is with a transfered call that is recieved on the T1.
Other than that scenerio the inband DTMF works fine. Even on standard trunk line calls that come in on the rcou cards. Those transfered calls are fine as well.
