I asked this question a few weeks back, but did not get a response, i think i did not explain it right.
We have a Toshiba CTX100 system using DKT phones. Recently a user quit, and we do not have their password to chnage their voicemail greeting. Ill i want to know is how to override the current password from the phone so we can re-set it up. Even to totally kill it and and start fresh is fine, i dont even care about the old VM's.
I have no clue how to do this from the phone, so i would need some fairly detailed info.
Any help or direction you can give me would be great.

You should be able to reset a password using box 999 from the phone. Just log into it the same as you would your personal box. Press 8 for administration and follow prompts from there.
