I am not a phone guy, so please bare with me.
I have a toshiba DK 424 phone system and a Strategy Contact DK 4 port voicemail.
I have the voicemail working correctly when transfering calls and checking your messages, but how would I setup the system to AutoAnswer the CO line group (Group 1) and forward it to my Voicemail port (Port 208) so when someone calls in they get the autoattendent mailbox.
Any help would be great, and like I said I'm not a phone guy so if you can dummy up the answer it would be very much appriciated.
Thanks!

If you are not familiar with programing you will need to get someone who is to do this for you.

I am familliar with programming, I setup everything thus far, I'm just by no means a guru with this stuff. If you can tell me what programs need to be used to do this, I can figure it I think.
Thanks

If you are not using night ringing ,that would be the easiest.Program a night transfer button on one of the phones(program 39) and use program 87(Night ringing) select the voicemail hunt group port, then select the lines you want it to answer. Then put the system in night mode and voicemail will answer
