I have a user that even after turning down the volume on the phone all the way the handset is too loud.
What can I do to make i quieter? I thought there was some programming under the assignments in eManager but I couldn't find it...

Look under Advanced Configuration, System, PAD Table. There's where you'll find it.

CTX 670 (CIX technically, ver 3).
I found the PAD tables. I admit I've not used them before and I'll need to look up how to change them.
Our vendor said he adjusted the volume on the phone to as low as he could get it, so I'm less concerned about it now. The user does say it's still a bit louder than she would like.
