I'm new to Toshiba phones and i keep seeing instructions that include "Log into box 999". how exactly do you do that from the phone?

call the voicemail when it answers, it should ask you to enter security code(for the mailbox associated with the phone you are calling from), press *, it will tell you invalid , please enter mailbox number, enter 999#, then enter the security code for box 999.
