I think I'm down to my last issues on this old Strata, and they're all Sta 10 issues: On Sta 10 only, I can't get key 00 assigned to Intercom, key 18 to DND and key 19 to MW/FL.

After running Prg 400 with defaults (LEDs 00, 05 and 10 on, all others off), all other stations except 10 have key 00-->unlightable (to preserve INT), 18-->98 (DND), 19-->99 (MW/FL).

On Sta 10, we have key 00-->01 (CO1), 18-->19 (CO19), 19-->20 (CO20).

I can use 4#10 to force keys 01-17 to assignments matching the other stations, but keys 00, 18 and 19 will not accept those codes. They are treated as invalid codes and default to Auto-Dial assignments.

Replacing the original HCAU with another used one (newly initialized) does not help.

I ran Prg 410 and played some with assigning other key patterns (though that should not matter for INT on 00, DND on 18 and MW/FL on 19, which are supposed to be fixed), but I never got the expected behavior on those keys.

And just because I could, I pulled and reseated the pull-able chips on the CCAU daughterboards and on the HCBU. No change.

The only way Sta 10 can currently intercom another station is if I run Prg 5#10 and light key 02 to make INT the automatic off-hook selection.

Anyone recognize what's going on with Sta 10?

Station 10 is programmed as an Attendant Station with a DSS console. Try program 03 INT light should be off not on. Then you should be able to program Station 10 as a regular phone.
