**SOLVED** I didn't end up copying the configuration. I had to use a password reveal program to get at the password then just set it up on the new machine.

I recently got a new PC and was trying to set up eManager on it and I ran into a problem. I currently have eManager on a PC, set up by the previous IT Coordinator (i took over the position about 2 months ago). The previous Coordinator left abrubtly and didn't leave behind very much documentation. The eManager I've been using has the equipment set up fine and has been working great, but now that I'm upgrading to a new PC, i need to set up the equipment on that eManager and I have no way of finding the community password inorder to do so.

Is there anyway i can save the configuration from the machine that is already set up and transfer it over to the new machine? Thanks.

**EDIT** To clarify, It's not the log-in that I'm having problems with, it's setting up the equpiment in "Equpiment Editor". I've got the Name and the IP from the original setup, but i can't get the Community Password so that's why i wanted to copy the setup from the original PC to the new one.

Hey,
We just got a Toshiba phone sys and have been having trouble getting the eManager to work. The new pc that you have it on, is it a Vista PC? Did you have to do anything special to get it to recognize the phone system on the network?

We can ping the phone system, but it will not display in eManager. We've tried it (including 4.11) on XP with IE6, and IE7.

Thanks,
Max
