We have a CTX 670. About half of our DKTs are of the 20xx series (mostly DKT2020-SD), and the other half are all DKT3020-SD.
I am looking to purchase some new phones (we do not purchase refurbished equipment as a company policy). I had heard from one vendor that the 30xx series phones were no longer available new.
Is this true? and if so what model number of digital phone gives me 20 buttons, speaker phone and 2-line LCD?

The DKT3020-SD is now replaced with a DKT3220-SD. It's the same thing except the trim around the display is silver-colored on the DKT3220.

Does anyone know if I need new or different DESI strips for the DKT3220-SD over the DKT3020-SD?
