My company took over an office and their phone system. Currently, the phone only rings at the front desk during the day (but only if the Night light is on).

Anyhow, I want to have select phones rings as well. Can this be done? There were no program sheets left so I would need the codes (i.e. step by step instructions of what to press on the keypad).

thank you.

I can tell you you need to program with a DKT2020SD phone (20 button display) and to change ringing is program 81-87. You should get a manual and FYI for a beginner a Toshiba is no picknick to program. Maybe a PM or Email to one of the MOD's and a hour of Tech support would be a good investment.
