how do you program a station for call forward busy no answer? The program should be #604 but it does not work. Programs #601, #602, and #603 work.

icm #604 ext number to forward to * number of seconds before NA forward (16 usually) redial.

If there is a Speed dial key programmed, use that instead of the *.
