I have one phone that i cant get to pick up a incoming line without pressing the flashing key.All the other phone pick up the group calls just by going off hook. I cant remember the program to do this. any help?

The phone has to ring to be able to answer a call just by picking up the handset. Try program 81

I checked 81 - 89 and non of the phone that are ring and even the one thats not are not in there. but the phones are in a agent group dose this make a diffrence?

If you're talking about an ACD group, yes it does make a difference. You really shouldn't have line appearances for ACD anyway.
