The customer has a DK40i with a IVP8r2.

The customer wants in the auto attendant when a caller dials 1 for it to ring station 10 3-4 times then ring extension 11 3-4 time then go to extension 10`s voicemail. How would i go about doing this?

Thanks in advanced.

Have "1" ring a phantom, that appears on both phones ,make ext. 10 the owner , set the phantom to ring on X-10 and set the phantom to ring on a 12 sec. delay on X-11, then forward the phantom to VM , and set #656 & #657 to X-10 for the phantom
