CM Member Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 22 Canyon Lake,California	Hi Eveyone I have a customer with a DK424 w/ CD Processor, Cabinet one, has in order, 4 PDKU2, One RPTU2 and the last slot is open. Cabinet two,First slot open,then RSTU2 ,RCOU,PDKU. My trouble is ,RSTU ports will not break dial tone,I can call the voice mail and pass digits via intercom,but when I put my test set on the RSTU ports it will not break dial tone. So we cant light the MSG lights. What I have done is ,new RRCS card, new RSTU2 card,changed slots on the RSTU card. I have not replaced the Processor yet. This all started,after the installation of the PRI card. Any thoughts on this issue. Maybe someone has ran into this before. Chuck
