1. Customer wants to add Caller ID to a DK280; not sure of the software release off hand. The main question here is if they have a RCOUS with the CallerID card RCIS replace it or work in tandem with it.
2. What if any is the key commands to place a call on hold from an analog station.

RCIS works with the RCOS, you will need both for Caller ID
Flash #41 puts call on hold and #42 takes call off hold from analog port
