Hello - I recently became responsible for DK40i and I noticed that we're only getting Caller Id info on one CO and it's the one assigned to CIUNO=003. I've changed around the assignments and the only CO that shows Caller Id info on the phones is the one that is currently assigned to CIUNO=003. None of the other CIUNO assignments seem to work (001, 002, 004) although the solid red light comes on and there is the expected second or two delay but just the CO Name assigned in 93 is displayed. Thanks for any thoughts/help with this. Take Care... Mike.

I meant to add that I've moved the CIUNO=003 assignment around to the various CO's using *50 followed by 91-2 and the working Caller Id follows to whatever CO I currently have assigned to CIUNO=003 while the others assigned to 001, 002, and 004 do not work. Thanks again. Take Care... Mike.

Put your butt set on the co, dial in an verify you are getting the CID string from the carrier.
Also, remember to cycle the power after changing any of the CID programs.
