I installed a CIX670 with three remote locations,
the IPT2020sd's work fine. Cannot get the polycom IP4000 conf phone to work. I created a DN 405, it is SIP in the station data, port number is the lipu slot 0107, not default 0000.
Programed the IPT data, not sure about the URI.
Has anyone set up a polycom IP4000 on the CIX.
Any help on this would be great

I have not installed that specific model but I have installed Polycom IP501's on CIX and they work just fine. You don't need anything in the URI or password of IPT data.

Make sure that the software level of your LIPU card is at latest release. This is a problem I had when I installed my first SIP on the CIX. PM me if you need more info. Thanks
