I am Looking into purchasing a CIX 100 Toshiba Phone system and I would like to know if I can use a BIPU-2MA VOIP card with this system? Can someone help????

Sure. Its a rather old card with limited capabilities but it works.

I would recommend that it is at least on the latest firmware for both the BIPU and IP phone.

The one good thing about the BIPU is that it uses basic port licenses, the same as any other station. The LIPU needs IP endpoints.

Do I have to purchase a Toshiba Ip phone? Or can I use any IP phone with this card???

Has to be a Toshiba IP phone. EXample : Toshiba IPT2020SD. There are a few to choose from.

The LIPU can do SIP phones, but BIPU has to be connected to a Toshiba IP.
