I have a DKT2010 phone with a display that reads:

SENT 160V
OCT, 1, 2007

I can not find out how to clear this or what it even means?

Thanks,
Dan

Dan

If I am correct it means that a message was sent to ext 16 or 160. What model system is this phone attsched to.

Dial ext 160 and press your msg key twice. Or goto ext 160 and dial #409 (if it is a really old system just dial 409). Either way it will clear the display.

Its a Toshiba Dk 280 system.
I tried both suggestions and it's still not off.

Thanks,
Dan

FYI, here's what I did to 'fix'

From this phone: #64, 160, spkr

Someone had sent a msg light to 160 from this phone.

Thanks for your help mj_wald, your post led me to the right page in the manual.

Thanks,
Dan
