I have a CIX670 with SMDR, it works fine but.....

The customer wants it to show the call duration when it was answered at 200 and then show the call duration when it was transfered and who it was transfered to.

Simple example of what they want:
DN200 337-555-1234 0:30 <---- Call comes in at 200
DN201 337-555-1234 2:30 <---- Call transfered to 201

Has anyone run into this before?

Waht call accounting program are you using?

Not sure what call accounting software their computer guys is using, i was testing this going to Hyper Terminal. Just need to now if a call can be recorded to show the answered extension and then the extension it was transfered to.

Customer will wait till they add another console in a few weeks, i will post back after i call tech support.
