have the Toshiba eManager software (V.4) on a CD, but I can't install it. I keep getting fatal errors from my InstallShield.
Anyone have an idea of what's happening here?

Try downloading it off of the FYI website. Maybe you have a bad disc.

Anyone can tell me I am wrong or crazy but... I had to turn off all anti-spyware, anti-virus, anti-everything to get it to load. If anyone has a different experience good for them, that is just what I had to do.
