Can anyone tell me how to activate the DND on one extension in the office? My book says you need to press the DND button, however, there is no DND button?? Do I have to program an LED to be a DND? And if so, where do I find that code?? Any thoughts?

I've been asked this before and I always seem to give the style, not the type. LOL... DKT2000 Series?

I don't beleive there is a code to turn on the DND feature - you must have the DND button programmed on a button on the phones.

If you have a DK phone system, the code will be 498. If you have a CTX/CIX you can dial #6091 to turn off dial #6092

I have a question that I think fits in this category. We know nothing about our phones or phone system, so please don't get annoyed with me. We have DKT 2000 series phones. Our problem is that only one of them is ringing. I was told the other handsets must be on Do Not Disturb. Like the earlier post, my manual says to hit the DND button, but there isn't one. How do I enter a code manually to turn off the DND feature? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
