I just recently started working for a company in their IT department. We are using a Toshiba Strata phone system, but the problem is no one really knows how to use it. I learned just about all the knowledge anyone has around here on the first day. I am able to add extensions and set up voicemail boxes, which is generally all I ever need to do, but I do get special requests occasionally.
Our documentation on the system is limited and, having no training in phone systems, is a little difficult to dechiper. Are there any good operations manuals you all might have in pdf format I could look at? I'm having trouble finding a starting point on how this whole system works.
We use emanager software and stratagy program for voicemail if that helps at all. I would also be interested in finding someone I could PM with some specific questions.
