Can any one tell me how to reprogram the flex keys (different extensions, etc.) on the right side of the EKT-6520-SD phones?
We would like to change out some of the extensions that are not being used.

It is program 39, you must program from port 05 , and you will need to use a 20btn. display phone.

Thanks for your quick reply. Can you tell me more step by step, how do you do program 39 and explain port 05?
I am not super knowledgeable on the subject.

Then I would really suggest you call a Toshiba dealer.

It may not allow you to program the keys on the right if the phones are setup as 10 btn sets in program 38.
