I have a user who cannot get the conference to work. I have personnally gotten it to work on site before so I'm not sure what is up. it appears they are attempting to conference correctly - see teh excerpt of how they are conferencing below:
I pick up my extension, 253 and dial Peter's old extension, 272 - I walk in his office and pick it up, put the receiver down on the desk - then I come back to my phone, pick the receiver up off the desk, press Cnf/Trn at the bottom of the phone, I get dial tone - then I dial John Ciccolone's ext, 220, in the office next to Peter's -- John answers, I tell him to stand by - I press Cnf/Trn again, I can't hear anything, I put my receiver down, go pick up Peter's receiver, I can't hear anything (no echo, no nothing) and John can't hear anything either (no one can hear anyone else) - when I hang up my ext 253, then 272 & 220 can hear each other ... now back up, if I press soft key JOIN at the top of the phone beneath the display (instead of Cnf/Trn), 272 & 220 can hear each other, but I hear nothing - though I'm not completely disconnected, it's like I put myself on Hold, the bottom green light with my extension flashes
I have looked at the progmamming and it appears OK.
Does anyone have any sugestions??
