I have a customer with 2 CIX 670's using IP Stratanet. We can't get external calls to forward to an ext. in the other bldg. Bldg. A has PRI and main calls ring ext. 100. Bldg. 2 has extn. 200. #6011-200 will fwd internal calls but not external calls. What am I missing??

has to do with the caller id. We had the same issue with two CIX670's. External call came in to one location and was sent to the other location. It would never go thru. Turned caller ID off on the circuit and it worked. Apparently Toshiba hasnt fixed this yet.
