No clue how this system was put up & no one thought of leaving notes. Many several don't appear to work properly.

For instance I can use #601 & #602 for CF options but #603 & #604 have no effect when punched in.

I'm at a loss... the CF-NA flex button simply flashes when pressed and doesn't actually overide anything to forward calls when they hit the phone to 4200's VM. frown

Thx for all your help... I'll explore other avenues & see.

cheers,

Peter

"The VMID on the PhDN is programed the same way. You would press the Phantom button and press #656, then the VMID. In the above example, the PhDN could be extension 7200, but the the VMID is set as 200."

---

Something to try on my end, though #656 didn't appear to have much effect for some reason.

I will attempt using PhDN 7755 + #656 + VMID (assuming its 200 for ext. 4200)

haven't given up just yet wink

cheers,

Peter

You've mentioned above that the Voice Mail is a Stratagy.

The #656 & 657 codes need a 91....

Int.#656+91+VMID and
Int.#657+92+VMID

Then PhDN #656+91+VMID and
PhDN #657+92+VMID

Ah thx for the tip, I'll try that & keep you posted.

Still wondering why I can't CF from phones using
#603 + 4100 or / and #604 + 4100 but #601 & #602 ok.
