Hello All -

I've got a client with a DK424 /PRI with DIDs. How does Caller ID get programmed? Is it in prgm 17? LED 6 on, says Telephone LCD Priority is ANI or off priority is DNIS. If I turn on LED 7 which says DID recieves ANI & routes per prgm 71 & 72, Then my icoming calls do not ring through. The note (Important!) says that if normal DID lines are configured with Program 71 & 72 DNIS assignments, turn LED 05 On and 6,7,& 8 off? What constitutes "Normal DIDs"? I am using programs 71 for routing. Presently on incoming calls, it is displaying "DN 606", which tells me LED 6 should be off, but it is on. Please refer to the Prgm Manual if you can help me out with my dilema.

Thanks,

Al

Try turning on LEDs 5,6,7 for the PRI trunks in prg 17.
