We just took over a new customer with a Toshiba DK280 and a KeyVoice Debut. They have existing phones with voicemail boxes working properly and their incoming lines are answered by the voicemail. I added two phones up and working fine, added 2 mailboxes in the Debut with the same numbers as the Toshiba extensions. The mailboxes are set to blind transfer, which works when the extension is dialed from the KeyVoice auto-attendant. I also forwarded the extensions to voicemail by using the #604 500 Speeddial, Redial, Spkr. When the calls are transferred, however, they ring the phones and then go back to the auto-attendant, instead of the user's Voicemail box. Is there something I have to program in the Toshiba to send the extension info to the voicemail?

I ran into this issue and I believe if you can get into the toshiba with DKiAdmin and go into call forward assignments and make sure that it is set to forward to the correct (system voicemail extension/dn).
just make sure to save and upload, just a save won't do the trick as it is just saving to a file, gotta push the file for it to work...
right?, oh Toshiba gods?

hmmm... I don't have the DKiAdmin, I was just using the phone @ port 005 to program. I was alos under the impression that the call forward was set on the phone itslef with that access code. The other phones are set up this way "all the displays have "CF-B/NA:500" on them. Also the call is being forwarded to the voicemail, as they get the Auto-attendant, but it doesn't recognize the mailbox itself. I usually deal with Nortel or Avaya, so this system is pretty new to me, I have the Install/Admin manual, but no software.

here is a note that a tech left me one time when our voicemail was down and I had rigged a regular home voicemail into the system....
#603 (or 604) + (voicemail ext #) + speed dial +number of seconds to ring before dumping to voicemail + redial then hang up...
looks similar to your scenario, but a little different...not sure what it does if you leave the seconds out
I recall that he stated you had to do this from the ext/phone in question to program that phone...
603 = no answer 604 = busy no answer

Go to each phone and do this.... Int. #656 91 [extn] redial Int. #657 92 [extn] redial
Now this assumes the integration code is 91 and 92. If this fails, you'll need to find out what the integration codes are for the Key Voice.
