We have a CTX 670 with an auto attendant. What we would like is when listen to that option on what a caller can do ex. press 1 for this or press 2 for that, we would like a button that they can press to repeat the menu. I know we can do it but I am not sure how to program it in the ES administration. Thanks for the help.

If you're in mb 990, choose Transfer and put 990 in the parameter field.

Actually you will probably want to use 991 , since 990 probably say's "Thank you for calling ABC company, and 991 is probably "press 1 for this or press 2 for that.

He said it was an ES. There's no 991 in an ES.

phonemeister, I have attempted that before I tried it again just to make sure, I put transfer as the option and put 990 for the ext. When testing I push 4, the number I would like them to press to repeat the menu and it comes up with a womans voice saying "if you know that ext of the person you want to reach enter it now" and thing else I am missing

sound like your not using 990 as the main greeting box, what box do you use when recording the main greeting??

That is the default Instructional greeting in mailbox 990. Maybe they only recorded greeting 1. Also, as stated, the menu is box 990 right?

Whatever mailbox you're working on, just transfer it back to itself.

990 is the mail box that you use to change our greeting. Also in the ES Stratagy program say main mail box. I have attempted to transfer it to it self and still get "if you know that ext of the person you want to reach enter it now" thanks for all of the help. I have contacted our phone vendor but it takes awhile for them to get back to us.
