Using CTX WinAdmin 2.22A.15 connected to CTX100 r1.03. System has 5 active lines (8 possible with current card config) and 34 ports with 4 ports used for VM.

For years the system has been configured with 310 DIT Day1 Destination of "501" for all 5 lines. The system recently quit sending unanswered calls to VM both in day and night mode (it used to send it after a few rings). The phantom DN of 501 does not show when listing them in the WinAdmin software and rings fast busy when you attempt to dial it on the intercom (does not exist). The only phantom DN in the list for 206 PhDN is now 500 and that works on intercom as expected.

The problem is, when I try to add the missing PhDN back (or any PhDN for that matter) using 206 in WinAdmin, I get the message below and it will not save at all.

ctx error: (0x5010ff) facility=0,severity=0,command=206,error code=80,data=255. PhDn not existed in the system is selected.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Bryan

Ok, but the problem is not really limited to just phantom dn's and call forwarding as I can't even add a PhDN at this point. Any ideas on that? Or did those early releases have issues even just adding DN's for some reason?

Thanks,
Bryan

You have to go into key assignments first (prog 205) before going to program 206 and program phDN 501 onto a button on a phone. Then go to program 206. If it's not there, click Refresh.

Upgrade the system and your admin software to Emanager 510A07 while you're at it.
