We have a Toshiba CTX100
I've been researching for quite a long time now on this issue. I have looked through every setting I can think of within WinCTX, etc. When someone calls into the company, it rings to reception only. This is how we want it set up. However, if reception doesn't answer the call, it just rings indefinitely. I am trying to set it to ring another line if the reception is on the line, or just doesn't answer so that the call doesn't get dropped. Also, if possible, to go to voicemail if neither picks up. I have tried playing around with the System call forwarding options & the CF No answer Time, but cannot get this to work.
Thanks!

You can use a MCG, you will have to build the MCG and program the lines to ring(DIT) the MCG , and add the extensions you want to ring to the MCG, there are immediate ring , delay 1 and delay 2 options

What Steve said, create a MCG, put in your receptionist extension and set for immediate, your back-up ext. set for delay 1, and voicemail pilot number set for delay 2. Then DIT your main line to the pilot number of the MCG. Reception will ring first, if not answered, back-up will start ringing when delay 1 timer kicks in, and if still not answered, vm will answer when delay 2 timer kicks in.

Thanks for the replies. How do I set the incoming calls to the MCG? I have the MCG now set up, but can't remember where I've seen that setting before. Thanks
