Hello all, I have what should be an easy question. I just moved into my new office and the phone has all calls forwarded to the operator for the extension, it has CF-ALL 221-200 on the screen. How do I turn this off? The phone is a DTK-3020D and the switch is a CTX100. Thank you.

Jim

That did it, thank you for the quick reply.

I assume CF-NA 221-500 is no answer forward to VM.

Most likely it is.

To tell, dial INT 500 and see if VM answers.

It could also be a PhDN as a back-up answering point for 221.

i have a user who shows CF-All 5614-6 on his phone, DKT3020(CTX670) and #6051 does not clear the screen, although the phone calls do come thru as normal but the display keeps showing that. i've unpluged the phone, did a force disable and re enable and still the same thing, going to wipe the extension thenre create it but wanted to ask if anyone else has run into this problem before.

That didn't work either. This is really strange. when the call forwarding is turned on, a plus sign shows up on the right side of the screen, and when I turn it off the plus sign goes away, but the CF-ALL never goes away.

You are probably only selecting and disabling the CF on the PDN, or there are multiple DN's, or there is a PhDN 5614

It is probably a PhDN, so make sure you are selecting the PhDN button where 5614 resides, before dialing the #60XX code.

You can locate 5614 PhDN if you call it from another phone, while looking at the problem ext.

One more option... it could have been the old owner of that PhDN and had the CF programmed on it, and there is now a new owner of the PhDN. To disable, you would have to make that phone the owner again, then disable the CF, then make the other phone the owner.

Sorry for the long list, but that should about cover any options for your situation.

MacOSX, you were right, the call forwarding was turned on using one of the PhDn instead of the PDN, I went through all the PhDn from that extension and it ended up being the 2nd PhDn. thanks all of you for your help and suggestions.
