Customer has a 670, running AR3.1 MK032. I was asked to update it to the most recent build. At toshibas TSD site downloaded MKO59. it downloaded as .tgz file. Network eManager says i have to upload the file as a .zip file. Why then if it has to be .zip does it download as .tgz

Network eManager needs the .zip file. Go back to FYI and get the upgrade for Network eManager.
Look for Network eManager Formatted Version
CIX200/670 R3.10,MK043 - Remote Update for use with Network eManager (02/19/08)
I didn't see one for MK059.
