My customer has DKT2020-SD at all stations including the attendant's on a DK280. Every manual i read says up to four attendant consoles can be used but nowhere can i find how to assign a station as an attendant console. Also it looks like they only ring if another console is busy. What my customer actually wants is for multiple phones to ring on an incoming call. He has a Strategy voice mail and i dont want to disable that when he goes to night mode. Do I do this? With program 81? Thanks -bud
