Customer received an expansion cabinet, an RCIU2 and a TCIU2 card. We installed the expansion cabinet and the two cards. We then went into programming and IDed the cards with an "81". We powered the system down and then back up, but no caller id shows up on any phone or any line. We confirmed the client is subscribing to caller id, and are using 2020SD phones.
What are we missing?

you have to assign each line to a caller id circuit , in program *50 , you must cycle power after doing program *50 or run program 91-2, there is also some more caller ID programing check *50-*52
